The Training Manager will work with fosters who have training needs and decide the next step.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop pamphlets on all important training, behavior, and other important information to give to fosters and adopters if needed.       

• Develop a training plan for dogs who can be worked with internally.  Adding training schedule to the community calendar. 

• Direct contact with boarding and training facilities.   

• Updating any training partners in Pawlytics.

• Develop a plan for dogs in boarding/training and keep in touch with trainers and keeping the team updated.  Send updated information and pictures to The Social Media Specialist to add to social media.

• Develop a team of fosters to work with behavior dogs and set up a training plan for when they are out of their training program.
